At Backcountry Monashee, we stand behind the quality of our handmade gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Item must be free of dirt, damage, or odor
Item must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or made-to-order products
Used gear
Items marked final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
Defective
Damaged upon arrival
If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Warranty Note
All Backcountry Monashee in-house handmade products are backed by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
