At Backcountry Monashee, we stand behind everything we make. All of our in-house, handmade products are built with durability, performance, and real backcountry use in mind.

That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our handmade goods.

What “Lifetime Warranty” Means

We guarantee our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If something fails due to how it was made, we will:

Repair it, or

Replace it, at our discretion

No hassle. No runaround.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

Stitching failures

Seam issues

Hardware defects (zippers, buckles, etc.)

Material defects under normal use

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, etc.)

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

Modifications or repairs done by anyone other than us

Built to Be Used

Our gear is designed for real-world use—harsh weather, rough terrain, and long days outside. Signs of use are expected and part of the story your gear tells.

Repairs

Even if your item isn’t covered under warranty, we’ll do our best to help. We offer reasonable repair services whenever possible to keep your gear in the field and out of the landfill.
