Order Processing

All Backcountry Monashee gear is carefully inspected and packed before shipment.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Many of our products are made in Canada in small batches, which means quality comes first and some items may have slightly longer handling times.

Shipping Within Canada
We ship anywhere in Canada using reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.
Estimated delivery times once shipped:
British Columbia: 2–5 business days
Western Canada: 3–7 business days
Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

United States Shipping
We ship to the United States.
Delivery time: 5–10 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
